She put me at ease when we first met for the trial. She had a look through all the inspo photos I had and took all of them on board. She was so amazing on the day with doing my bridesmaid and mom’s make up and hair (along with her assistant) as well and helping me to keep track of all the timings of the morning, eg when the bridesmaids needed to get into their dresses etc. She was also so lovely when my daughter wanted to come and see what was happening, she gave her a makeup brush to play with and was still able to work on my hair and make-up while I was holding her! I would 1000% recommend Melissa! I cried all the way down the aisle and my make up was still perfect for the photos during and after the ceremony.

Wow, where do I start!? I can not recommend Melissa enough - she really was the most perfect hair and make up artist any bride could wish for! She helped make me, my four bridesmaids, the Mother of the Bride, and Mother of the Groom, all feel our very best. Melissa, and her incredible colleague Lauren, were able to perfectly re-create all of my bridal parties desired looks, taking so much care to help them feel both natural and special. Melissa, Tara and Lauren were absolutely incredible from start to finish! I was a bit nervous at first because I had a huge wedding party, myself, 8 bridesmaids, 1 mother and 1 flower girl for a 12:30 ceremony. We hired Melissa for my wedding on Friday and it was one of the best wedding decisions we made. I cannot thank Melissa and her team enough for the amazing job they did at our wedding. From the trial to the morning of, Melissa made me feel totally at ease. I was a little worried about fitting hair and make up in for 7 women before a 1pm start, but we didn't feel rushed at all. We started at 9 and had time for a glass of fizz together before walking down the aisle. The ridiculously early start on the morning of your wedding is a myth ladies, Melissa is here to prove it.

And I loved the look Melissa created - I felt elevated but still me. I wear makeup most days but have only had professional a couple of times. I struggled to know what I wanted until I had my trial. Melissa created a beautiful look on the trial and then spoke it through with me to help me understand the changes I wanted to make to colours and coverage on the day.

Without as much as a prompt on the day, she remembered all the changes I wanted and created something I couldn't have been happier with. I really did feel amazing. And I LOVED my hair on both the trial and day!

The bridesmaids looked stunning - all with different styles unique to them. And there were so many personal touches from Melissa - helping bridesmaids with no idea what they wanted, helping us match flower colours to bridesmaid dresses and so much more. The perfect balance of calm, supportive and allowing us to have the most amazing morning.
